<div itemprop="description">BECK, Donald George, passed away peacefully at Maple City Residence, Chatham on Saturday, September 13, 2014. Born in Ridgetown 84 years ago son of the Late Edward Beck and Sarah Ellson. Predeceased by his first wife Clara and second wife Juliette. Surviving are three daughters Janet Circelli, Cheryl Mills and husband Peter of Chatham and Ann Motram and husband Morgan of Alberta; six grandchildren Ashley and Jessica Circelli, Lisa and Robert Parish, Cole and Connor Mills, three great grandchildren Tristan, Carter and Gemma. A sister Shirley Johns of Chatham and a brother Bill and wife Lillian of BC. Predeceased by one brother Lester and one sister Marion Clark. Don was an employee of Chatham Coach Lines, retiring after many dedicated years of service. He was an accomplished trumpet player having played in the London RCMP Marching Band. Don enjoyed playing trumpet with the Band of Leamington during which time they played at weddings and special occasions as well as recorded an album. He was a loving father and grandfather and will be missed dearly. Friends will be received at the Bowman Funeral Home, 4 Victoria Avenue, Chatham (519-352-2390) for visitation on Tuesday, September 16, from 2-4 and 7-9pm. A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 17, 2014 at 10:00am. Interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
