<div itemprop="description">WHYTE. Mrs. Shirley Faith passed away Thursday May 14, 2015 at CKHA Public General Campus at 83 years of age. For over 33 years Shirley was the owner and operator of the Victoria Variety Store. Daughter of the late Thomas and Leola Lough. Mother of Bonnie Thomas, Richard Whyte, Debra King and the late Ronald Whyte, Grandmother of Brent Thomas, Jeremey Thomas, Nathan Thomas and Allysen Galvanek, . Great grandmother of 12. Dearly beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews. Sister of Dorie Emerson. Also survived by her devoted nephew David Kobylka and dear life long friend Assa Kristensen and family. Predeceased by her siblings Ernest Lough, Aileen Brown, Jean McGarvey, Marjorie Kobylka, Kenneth Lough and Carole Gladish. Shirley volunteered for over 20 years with CHAP and was awarded Volunteer of the Year Award. She was a faithful attender of Maple City Baptist Church and the family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Pastor Rick Dressler and the congregation for their prayers, compassion and friendship. The family will receive friends and relatives on Monday May 18, 2015 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm at BOWMAN FUNERAL HOME, 4 Victoria Ave, Chatham. A funeral service will take place Tuesday May 19, 2015 at 1:00 pm at Maple City Baptist. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.<br /><br /></div>
