Born in Essex, Ontario on December 22, 1942. Bill was an avid sports fan and participant. He was a retired Postal employee and card dealer at Windsor Casino. Fully retired, he remained a regular at the &quot;Imperial club&quot; in Chatham for weekly card games. Survived by his loving wife Joanne and daughters Heather (Steven) Bezaire (Belle River), Margaret (Ryan) Goulet (Chatham);&quot;Pops&quot; to Patrick and Abigail Bezaire, Leah and Andrew Goulet; brothers Bob (Irene) Vicary (London), Jack (Nita) Vicary (Rondeau), Rick (Valerie) Vicary (LaSalle); former sister-in-law Marlene Vicary; father-in-law Wilson Howard Large and Margaret Westfall (Cedar Island/Windsor); sister-in-law Patty (Larry) Stewart (London) and Peggy Buhler (Essex); pre-deceased by his parents Samuel and Violet Vicary; mother-in-law Maxine Large; brother-in law Bill Buhler. Known as the &quot;fun&quot; uncle to an abundance of nieces and nephews, Bill was truly grateful for the role friends and family played in his life. Private services and &quot;Celebration of Life&quot; are to be held at later date. Memorial contributions can be made out to the Chatham Kent Health Alliance Dialysis.
